Corn Buckwheat Sweetheart pancakes (gluten-free)

This gluten-free sweetheart will win your love for sure.

Ingredients

100 gr corn flour

100 gr buckwheat flour

2 tsp of baking powder

4 tbsp vanilla sugar

400 gr milk

A bit of salt

Butter for baking

Preparation

Mix the flours, baking powder, sugar and salt quickly in a mixing bowl. Add the milk and mix well to get a smooth batter.

Preheat a small non-stick pan (eg 12 cm) on low-medium heat (I use 3 out of 9 on induction). When the pan is warm, add a tsp of butter. Let is melt and spread over the surface. Fill the pan with a layer of batter. Put a lit on the pan and let it bake for about 3 minutes, than another 2 minutes on the other side. Staple and cover with a towel to keep warm.
