Lime Chia Pudding

It’s fresh, it’s healthy and it’s prepped!

INGREDIENTS

150 gr of chia seeds

500 ml milk

30 gr of maple syrup (or another sweetener if you prefer) (and more if you’re a sweet tooth)

the zest of half a lime

PREPARATION

In a bowl, mix the chia seeds with the chia and the zest. Add the milk and the sweetener and stir well (no lumbs). Let rest for a couple of minutes and stir again so everything is well mixed.

Store in the fridge overnight.
