3 minute Coffee mousse

Four ingredients. Three minutes. One crazy good dessert. This mousse whips up like absolute magic and will save you when unexpected guests show up.

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp of instant coffee.

3 tbsp of sugar.

3 tbsp of hot water.

1 tsp of vanilla.

THE PREP

1. Add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to a mixing bowl.

2. Mix it on high speed and watch the magic happen.

3. When the mixture magically becomes thicker, mix in the 1 tsp of vanilla.

4. In just a couple of minutes, you will have a crazy good coffee mousse.

5. Dress it up with some sliced almonds, bresilienne nuts or chocolate drips. Insider tip: this works really well with yoghurt too!
