Tiramisu Overnight Oats

How to make yourself proud in the morning for what you’ve prepared in the evening.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of rolled oats

2 tbsp of chia seeds

1 tbsp of cacao powder

½ cup of plant-based milk

½ cup of brewed and cooled coffee

1 tsp of vanilla

2 tbsp of maple syrup or agave

to top: yoghurt, crumbled cookies, puffed quinoa, cacao and/or seeds

PREPARATION

In a mixing bowl, mix the oats, chia seeds and cacao powder to a blend. Add the liquids and gently stir with a spoon until you have a consistent mixture again. 

Store in the fridge - well overnight. 

Serve as is, with a lay-over of yoghurt, seeds, cacao, puffed quinoa and or crumbled cookies.
