Kimchi omelet
A gut way to start the day.
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup of chickpea flour
1 tsp of black himalaya salt
1/2 of finely cut kimchi
1/2 cup of water
Some olive oil
PREPARATION
Heat a frying pan with some olive oil. Make sure the bottom is well covered.
Mix the other ingredients to a consistent batter. Don’t do this much in advance, as your batter will thicken quickly.
Add the batter to the pan and let fry on both sides for a couple of minutes or until golden brown.
