Matcha Maple overnight oats
Mind your mouth: breakfast prepping coming!
Ingredients
1 cup of milk
3 table spoons of hot water
2 tsp of matcha
1 cup of oats
1 tbsp of maple syrup
2 tbsp chia
Preparation
Heat the water. Add the matcha and whisk with the matcha whisker (fancy!) until all tea is dissolved. Let cool down.
Mix all the other ingredients. Add the cooled matcha and stir until everything is absorbed. Cool overnight in the fridge and enjoy in the morning! (or the day after, or the day after)
Serve with seeds, yoghurt or fruits.
