Bloody Red Fruit Salad

Alcohol-free sangria or the perfect brunch centerpiece? You decide. This sticky, sweet, and vibrant fruit salad needs to marinate overnight, so plan ahead.

INGREDIENTS

1 apple.

1 pear.

1 mandarina.

A handful of papaya cubes.

1 banana.

2 tbsp of sugar.

3 blood oranges.

THE PREP

  1. Cut your favourite fruits (the apple, pear, mandarina, banana, and papaya) into small pieces. Toss them all into a reliable tupper.

  2. Juice the 3 blood oranges and pour that glorious red liquid all over your cut fruits.

  3. Add the 2 tbsp of sugar.

  4. Put the lid tightly on the tupper and shake it well. Show that tupper who's boss.

  5. Let it marinate in the fridge overnight. Patience is a virtue.

  6. Enjoy it the next day like an alcohol-free sangria or the perfect brunch fruit salad.
